KELEWELE



INGREDIENTS:
6 Ripe plantains (depending on the quantity u want)
4 bonnet peppers( depends on how hot you desire)
1/4 ginger
2 onions
salt to taste

vegetable oil

METHOD:
                     Blend the bonnet peppers, ginger, onions and salt together.
Cut the plantains into cubes, pour your mixture into a bowl n mix together with the cubed plantains. Marinade or set it aside for 10-12mins.
Heat the oil( deep fry) until very hot.
fry your marinaded plantains until golden brown.


 You can enjoy your kelewele with peanuts.ENJOY!!!!!
